- Once a membership has been successfully activated, refunds are not available.

- If you encounter any difficulties during the activation process, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued.
Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Plan Warranty
Please note that when you purchase any plan, we do not provide a full warranty for the duration of the plan. However, we guarantee the following:

- While we are committed to resolving any activation or access issues, we cannot provide a guarantee that the membership will remain active and uninterrupted for the entire duration of the plan.
